What is the value of my Property?

Who will pay the commission for selling my home? 

In traditional real estate transactions, the seller pays the overall commission, with the total amount split between both the buyer’s and the seller’s Brokerages. In Kingston’s local market presently, commission rates average between 4% and 5%, plus HST, of the final sale price. This amount is deducted from the sale proceeds on the day of closing, and issued by the sellers lawyer, to the buying and selling brokerages.
