Mike and Korinne began with Royal Lepage at about the same time almost ten years ago, and found an accountability and trust working with each other that stuck. We were lucky to have Filipa join us as our office Assistant a few years later, and can’t believe that she has committed to our madness for this long. Rob was a natural fit to join us in 2019 after retiring from career #1 playing football, and having had a previous team relationship with Mike during their years on the gridiron together at Queen’s University. The Giffin-Peachey-Bagg Real Estate Team was formed, and mutual respect, communication and a sense of humour are our driving forces.
We list and sell a lot of homes. But most importantly, we build relationships. We connect people with perfect neighbourhoods. We problem-solve and negotiate. We have nine elementary school aged kids between us, so we’re masters at multitasking. We constantly watch market values, prices and new listings, and keep on top of our communities and what is going on. We help you prepare for listing. We bring moving boxes. And flowers for the front step. (Well, Korinne does). We go into scary attics and crawl spaces. (Ok, that is Mike and Rob). We have top level Marketing when you sell, and we make sure you don’t buy the wrong home. We believe that preparation and knowledge is key, and communication and transparency is non-negotiable.
Mike joined Royal Lepage ProAlliance after playing collegiate football at Queen’s University and a successful career as a professional player in the CFL with the Montreal Alouettes. During off-seasons, he operated a small home construction company in Bath,Ontario.
The transition from the sports field into real estate was smooth. As an athlete you develop a very competitive work ethic and a strong attention to detail. The most successful sports franchises are built on trust and communication, and Mike could not think of two better principles to build his business around.
The same focus and drive that carried Mike to Championship Success, is now being applied to his real estate business. Mike is strongly committed to building lasting relationships with clients.
Dedication, high service standards and providing value to her clients are just some of the contributing factors to Korinne’s success in sales and service.
A long history in the field of food and beverage management, catering and event planning, Korinne motivated by example with her strong work ethic and sense of humour. She built long term client relationships and gained valuable referrals through her simplistic approach of “love what you do and excel at your work.”
Korinne began her career with Royal LePage enjoying the natural transition to real estate and bringing her love of sales and client interaction. Her attention to detail, negotiating ease and commitment to her clients will prove unwavering with every transaction.
Before settling in Kingston, Korinne had the opportunity to travel and reside in many locales across Canada from our East coast to the Northwest Territories, and abroad to Bermuda and back, all a privilege of her father’s employment with the Canadian Armed Forces.
Korinne is a Registered Third Party Service Provider (TPSP) with the Brookfield Relocation Federal Government Integrated Relocation program.

Filipa started with us in 2015, and has been a steady force and important part of the team ever since. She could probably write a book, or a comedy show, on what she has seen, heard and done for us over the years. She is super smart, organized and helps keep us in line. Not always an easy task. She is also really close to finishing her real estate licence, so you may see her away from the desk here and there, taking her client skills on the road. You may also recognize her from working at her parents business, the ever popular Minos Take Out on Barrie St. She and her husband Scott, an active member of our Canadian Armed Forces, have two big, adorable dog babies, and enjoy doing renovations on their beautiful home just north of the city.
Born and raised in The 1000 Islands, Heather grew up in a hard-working family and is excited to be joining a local real estate team as a Licensed Assistant.
Prior to working in real estate, most recently as a part of the administration office at Royal Lepage ProAlliance, Kingston, she owned a successful event planning business, had six + years in the financial industry and earned her ears working for Walt Disney World. All invaluable client relation experiences!
